Since the beginning of 2016 these two colleagues were selected for senior members (Senior Members - SM) of IEEE:
1. Professor. MD Rumen Daskalov TU - Gabrovo (elected at a meeting of the Committee on Nominations of 23/04/2016 in Atlanta, USA)
2. Assoc. Prof. Ivan Uzunov from Smartcom Bulgaria AD (TU - Sofia) (elected at a meeting of the Committee on Nominations on 05/21/2016 in Paris, France)

So now Bulgarian section has a total of 21 senior members, including two lifetime (Life Senior Member).
We sincerely wish Professor. Daskalov and Assoc. Uzunov successful and fruitful work.
